Square Enix Presents: Tomb Raider 25th Anniversary Updates and Announcements

 

During today's Square Enix Presents, Tomb Raider and it's staff updated us regarding the Saga's 25th Anniversary and unvealing new projects and partnerships. Let's know more about it!

Tomb Raider kicked the event with a video regarding the 25th Celebrations, showing some of Lara's iconic moments during the games and revealing new partenerships.

Here are the new announcements:

Starting off, we have a confirmation that the new Netflix Tomb Raider's Anime is in the works, and that we will also have news about the Tomb Raider (2018) Sequel starring Alicia Vikander.

We will also have new partnerships incoming with "Ghost Recon: Breakpoint" and "War of the Visions: Final Fantasy Brave Exvius".

Regarding the Weta's Statue, the progress is going really well as you can see in the pictures down below, and we will have the final reveal in the upcoming months.

Also, a new Cooking Book is revealed, featuring most of the famous recepies from places Lara Croft visited during her adventures, and a Travel Guide. The book is published by Inside Editions and will come later this year.

Another big announcement is the new "Tomb Raider: Definitive Survivor Trilogy" for Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One System, PS5 and PS4. The collection features the previous prequel trilogy and follows Lara's origin from the Survivor to the modern day Tomb Raider. The collector is available now on the mentioned platforms.

Last but not least, following the Fortnite partnership some days ago which features the brand new Lara Croft's skin and items (which you can find down below), the brand new "Croft Manor" Adventure Map will be available March 23rd.
