"Shadow of the Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition" Official Announcement

More than a year after the official release of "Shadow of the Tomb Raider" we finally have a new announcement regarding the latest game in the Tomb Raider franchise: "Shadow of the Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition" is on our way!

The official announcement arrives directly from Crystal Dynamics, posting a new trailer and statement that reveals all the contents of this new release (you can watch the Official Trailer down here):

"We're pleased to announce that Shadow of the Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition will release digitally and at retailers in select countries on November 5, 2019 for the Xbox One family of devices, including Xbox One X, PlayStation 4 system, and Windows PC/Steam, with the Stadia version launching with the platform later in November.

Featuring the base game and all seven post-launch DLC, the bundle gives players the chance to experience the final chapter of Lara Croft’s origin story with every challenge tomb, downloadable weapon, outfit and skill."

"Shadow of the Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition includes all available content to date. Experience Shadow of the Tomb Raider featuring the final chapter of Lara Croft’s origin story, the Season Pass containing multiple challenge tombs, missions, weapons, and outfits, Croft Edition bonuses, the all-new Definitive Edition “Croft Fitness” outfit, and additional gameplay adjustments."

When will Shadow of the Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition be available?

"Shadow of the Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition will be available November 5th, 2019 for the Xbox One family of devices including Xbox One X, PlayStation 4, and Windows PC/Steam, with the Stadia version launching in later November."
What if I already own the Season Pass?
"Anyone who already owns Shadow of the Tomb Raider and Shadow of the Tomb Raider - Season Pass will be automatically upgraded to Shadow of the Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition free of charge on November 5th. Users will need to manually download the update on their respective platform store (Xbox Live, PSN, or Steam)."
What if I only own Shadow of the Tomb Raider?

"After November 5th, players will be able upgrade Shadow of the Tomb Raider to Shadow of the Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition by purchasing the Definitive Edition Extra Content bundle which will replace the Season Pass."
